Planning Fees

Pricing is per trip and covers travelers sharing the same overall itinerary. If members of your party require separate accommodations, transportation, activities or itineraries, additional planning fees will apply.

Payment is 100% upfront before personalized planning begins.

Any applicable payment-processing or international transfer fees are additional and will be confirmed before payment.

Changes to Your Trip

Your planning is based on the travel dates, preferences, budget and needs established during our planning process. Significant changes that require new research or recommendations may require Additional Planning.

Best of Isla with Jenny Penny — Planning Service Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before personalized planning has begun, your planning fee will be refunded in full.

Once personalized planning has begun, your planning fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you later change or cancel your trip.

Third-Party Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

Please note that accommodations, transportation, golf carts, tours, activities and other services are provided by independent third-party providers and are subject to each provider’s own pricing, payment, change, cancellation and refund policies.

It is your responsibility to request, review and understand any provider terms that are important to you before authorizing a booking. Applicable information will be provided upon request.

​

Any changes, cancellations, refunds, credits or fees relating to a third-party service are governed solely by the individual provider’s policies.

Best of Isla with Jenny Penny does not own, operate or control third-party providers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions, availability, pricing, service performance, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, refunds or other circumstances outside our control.

Third-party pricing, availability, policies and services are subject to change and remain the responsibility of the individual provider.

Payment Security

Payment details provided for third-party bookings will be used only for the authorized booking and should be shared only through an agreed secure method.
