A Bit About Me - Jenny Penny (Jen Graham)
My first trip to Isla Mujeres was in 2003, when a friend I had met while traveling in Australia invited me to visit this wonderful little island in Mexico called Isla Mujeres.
That trip turned into five years of going back and forth, and some of the best times of my life. So naturally, in 2008, at 27 years old, I packed up what little I had and moved to Isla.
I worked for a few different people before eventually offering freelance graphic design and marketing services to businesses around the island — creating everything from flyers and menus to websites and maps. Somewhere along the way, I started designing and selling bikinis, and before I knew it, Jenny Penny Beach Boutique was born.
I learned Spanish from scratch, learned the ins and outs of building and running a business in Mexico, and experienced all the ups, downs and challenges that came with it. Through it all, I built relationships throughout the community and came to know Isla from many different sides — as a traveler, resident and business owner.
Today, the Isla Mujeres Facebook Community and www.BestOfIsla.com continue to offer the same community-based information, recommendations and resources they always have.

I’ll create your personalized plan with insider recommendations and trusted Isla resources. Once your plan is complete, the relevant provider contact details will be provided so you can make and pay for your selected bookings directly.
Full Trip Planning — $299 USD
I plan. I book. You enjoy.
Includes everything in Personal Trip Planning, plus I handle your selected bookings, taking care of the coordination and details for you.
Payment can be completed directly with the provider through a secure payment link or invoice where applicable, or, where available and specifically authorized by you, I can facilitate payment on your behalf using the payment details you provide. Some providers may not require payment at the time of booking.'
